Online International Credit and Risk Management Programme (ICRM) – a 13 week intensive course leading to the Certified International Credit Professional designation.

Peninsula – free advice line – HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety.

Peninsula, the HR and Health & Safety experts, have recently made their free advice line available to CICM Members.

Peninsula can assist with any aspect of HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety.  Should a member be in the middle of an Employment Tribunal or Health & Safety Investigation Peninsula can also give an opinion as to their exposure, and their best defence.

The service gives Members access to commercial advice on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 08:00 to 17:30, Wednesday 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday 08:00 to 17:00.

Peninsula do not provide contractual or procedural documentation, although they will assist with one off letters and templates for standard processes.
