Veolia reaches four-time CICMQ accreditation benchmark
Veolia, the environmental services firm, has recently achieved the benchmark of four-time CICMQ accredited companies. Described as a ‘high performing team’ in the CICMQ Assessor’s report, Veolia’s Credit Services Manager, Sarah Bolas, says the accreditation is an excellent accolade to have: “We can demonstrate that we are recognised as a leading credit department and ensure we continue to review and make improvements to our processes.”
The team has focused on robotic automation over the past year, and despite the credit challenges with business growth and limited increases in staff, Sarah says that key performance indicators have remained high: “I am extremely proud of our re-accreditation. It ensures we continue to review and make improvement within our processes and is crucial to the evolution of the department.”
Veolia’s credit department is made up of 34 employees, based in Cannock, and is responsible for new accounts, collection activities, legal and cash allocation.
