Advancing the credit profession

How could I become a CICM trainer?

In order to become a CICM trainer you need to have developed a relevant, high quality training programme, be well qualified and have considerable experience in credit management and collections. Also, ideally you would have completed a basic teacher training course, such as PTLLS.

If you are new to training, CICM would help you find groups where you could practice delivery of your programmes and assign you a CICM trainer as a mentor.  We would expect good feedback before sending you on an assignment.

See the Institute’s Training Directory for examples of topics which are popular.
