We have launched a new scheme ‘Fellows of the Future’. The aim is to give MCICM and MCICM(Grad) members the opportunity to develop and practice their leadership and strategic skills, with the support and guidance of the CICM and a mentor, helping to equip them for future leadership/Fellowship level roles.
