CICM ‘Best Practice’ Quality Accreditation – What is it?
CICMQ is the Credit Management Industry’s Accreditation for Best Practice from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, providing formal recognition of your organisation’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and best practice in all things credit. To gain the accreditation you must successfully complete an assessment process, the CICM Assessment Team will support you all the way, whether you choose the Standard Assessment Approach or the CICMQ Workshop approach. As part of the process you will be given access to the CICM Best Practice Network of accredited organisations, who will be happy share their own best practices with you. CICMQ is for all types and size of business, across all sectors, take a look at the list of accredited organisations and see the company you will be keeping. The Accreditation covers 6 specific areas: · Credit Policy · Compliance · Customer Service · Personal and Professional Development · Performance Measurement · Stakeholder Management and Roadmap Organisations must demonstrate they meet a minimum standard of Practice in Credit Management. If successful you will be awarded the coveted CICMQ Accreditation which is valid for 3 years, with a mid-term review after 18 months to ensure standards are maintained |
