Notice of Annual General Meeting
The South West Branch is holding an AGM at 17:45 on 14th March 2019 at Dartmoor Lodge, Ashburton.
Agenda
1. Apologies
2. Minutes of previous year’s AGM
3. Chair’s report
4. Treasurer’s report
5. Size of branch committee – To agree the size of the branch committee until the next AGM.
6. Election of branch committee members
7. Election of officers – To elect the following officers:
a) Chair
b) Secretary
c) Treasurer
8. Any other business
The evening will start will the formal business of the AGM, then networking, followed by a buffet.
Payment may be made in advance by cheque to made payable to CICM South West Branch and sent to the Treasurer at Tony Jopson & Co, 246 Peverell Park Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL3 4QG. Alternatively cash can be collected on the night – but please let us know you are coming in advance so dinner places can be booked.
The branch is subsidising the event and therefore CICM members may attend free of charge, but there will be a cost of £5 per head for all non members.
This evening is not limited to just Branch Members. Non members and potential new members are welcome to join us.
Don’t be afraid to come alone – we are a friendly lot!
