Paul has 20+ years’ experience in Credit Management and this last 13 as a Senior Business Manager with a keen focus on working with other departments in collaboration, particularly sales.  He is a Chartered Fellow of CMI and is keen on pushing Managers to engage with the next generation and help to develop them to be the best they can be.

Paul is also a Learning Support Coach with CICM and runs his own Credit Management company to be able to use his decades of experience to help companies and individuals alike to realise the profit in their sales and have a sustainable positive cash flow.

Tracey is part of the Business Recovery & Insolvency Team in Baker Tilly Money Moore and has been involved with the CICM for over 10 years. As well as her role as a Senior Insolvency Administrator, Tracey has been involved in the provision of Creditor Services for clients wishing to improve their cash-flow and debt recovery. Tracey believes that “Good credit management is essential to the success and growth of business in any sector.

The CICM can provide much needed support and guidance for those wishing to achieve excellence in Credit Management and I am excited to part of the revitalised N.I. Branch.”
