Important information about Pearson Vue test centres

Test centre delivery for Pearson Vue Online Exams January/February 2021:

Important message for our Studying Members

We have heard today from Pearson Vue that CICM examinations delivered via Pearson VUE-owned and operated Pearson Professional Centres has been suspended due to the impact of Covid-19 and the new national lockdown.

I had an exam booked in a PPC test centre in January/February: What should I do now?
Pearson Vue will shortly contact affected candidates individually by email with instructions and further information.  Please note that:

  • Pearson Vue will automatically re-scheduled your booking to a date 30 days following cancellation – a temporary ‘placeholder’ date and venue. Please note this is not a confirmed appointment.
  • You must re-schedule your appointment and can do this via your Pearson Vue account
  • If you would prefer to take your exam at home via the Pearson Vue OnVue system, you can cancel the ‘placeholder’ booking for a test centre and re-book to take your exam via the Pearson Vue OnVue system (as long as you meet the system requirements). Pearson Vue will continue to deliver exams to any independent third-party test centres who still have the ability to operate within the UK. Due to the unpredictability of test centre availability at this time, we encourage you to regularly monitor your emails as Pearson Vue will contact you to advise of any changes prior to your exam.  If you are attending a test centre please follow the current guidance from Pearson Vue.
