Stepping up – from team member to Credit
Manager/Team Leader

 

Who is it for?

Intended for anyone taking the first step into a management or team leader position within the credit department.  And, for those with little formal management training who are seeking an introduction to management techniques.

  • Creating standards – ‘best practice in credit management’
  • Communicating with clarity, getting your message across

Managing resources in the credit department

  • Review working processes
  • Evaluate effectiveness of collection procedures
  • Planning, goal setting, decision making, problem solving and prioritising work load
