All the learning provision provided by CICM comes under the CICM Credit Academy.

Do I need any special software or IT knowledge?

No. All you need is a PC with internet access, and a telephone (mobile or landline).

How does it actually work?

You dial into a conference call and sign onto a website to join the class. You will view the tutor’s materials on screen and hear the tutor and other learners in the classroom.

How much time will I need to set aside?
Classes for Level 3 examined units – Credit Management and Business Environment comprise of 10 x 1 ½ – 2 hour sessions, Accounting Principles and Business Law will be 10/12 x 2 hour sessions, and the Level 5 units comprise of 6/8 x 1 ½ – 2 hours sessions per unit.
You will need to prepare for each lesson and complete homework tasks each week. Also there will be revision work provided. You will need to spend a minimum of five to six hours a week on home study, some units require significantly more than this.

Do you have an exemption policy?

Yes, if you have other business related qualifications, you can apply for an exemption assessment (fees apply). Please verify this prior to enrolling.
