Online Part Time Teachers/Learning Support Coaches in Business, Finance and Credit subjects
Part Time Teacher (Subject Expert):
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative online courses in your area of expertise. We have lots already in place that you can expertly tailor.
- Create well-structured lesson plans, learning materials, and informal assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students, mark homework, maintain course management logs.
- Participate in Best Practice meetings and events as part of the teaching team. Complete mandatory compliance training
Part Time Learning Support Coach:
- Assist learners in their learning journey by offering personalised 121 support and guidance.
- Be available for 2 hours per learner across their unit of study to clarify unit requirements, concepts, signpost to additional resources and answer questions.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback for improvement, for example marking draft assignments.
- Provide regular reports to CICM.
- Complete mandatory compliance training
Qualifications and experience:
- Proven expertise and experience delivering teaching and learning in the subject area.
- Teacher qualified (minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training/PTTLS)
- Qualified in your subject area – this could be for example CICM, ACCA, CIMA, CIPD, CIPS OR degree or higher in a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience of online teaching, training and learning platforms desirable.
- A passion for education and a desire to impart your knowledge and help others succeed.
- Experience of motivating and inspiring learners to achieve their academic goals.

Volunteer Membership Assessors
After recently updating the membership application criteria and process, the CICM has built a strong team of volunteer membership assessors. This vital role helps us to review CICM professional membership applications at ACICM, MCICM and FCICM level. With an increased number in applications, we are looking to extend the team.

Learning & Governance Coordinator
Job purpose
We are looking for a positive, proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support across Training, the Credit Academy and Governance functions (which includes HR); helping to deliver an efficient, high-quality and customer-focused service to learners, members, training providers and internal stakeholders.
The role will play a key part in supporting the delivery of learning programmes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating processes, and supporting Governance and HR requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Training & Credit Academy Support
-
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of training programmes, virtual classes and learning support services
- Coordinate course set-up, learner/delegate registrations and trainer arrangements across learning platforms
- Act as a key point of contact for learners/delegates, trainer and training provider queries via email and phone
- Support the administration of learner/delegate journeys, including onboarding, progress tracking and completion
- Conduct wrap-around admin support for external trainers, including pre-training work schedules, PO acquisition, post-training follow-up and certification
- Monitor learner/delegate progress and highlight any risks or issues to the relevant teams
- Administer evaluations and compile feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of learners/delegates onto programmes and courses
Governance & HR Support
- Assist with documentation and preparation for Advisory Council, Executive Board, Committees
,and other meetings - Maintain accurate records in line with governance and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance requirements and quality standard
- Act as first point of contact for queries received in relation to CICM Member Support Service, responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders who support the service
- Support administration in relation to branch network queries and branch guidelines adherence
- Provide internal administrative support in respect of Human Resources. This will typically involve assisting with general non-technical HR matters, for example replying to reference requests, online filing of HR records and supporting Line Manager on ad-hoc projects.
General Administration & Coordination
- Printing, collating and despatching of material
- Organising virtual and physical meeting rooms & co-ordinating attendance lists and refreshments
- Ensure effective document management and archiving in line with organisational policies
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, members, learners, tutors and external partners
Successful candidates will have these qualities:
Essential
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or business support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and databases
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and sometimes confidential environment
Desirable
- Experience in a training, education or awarding body environment
- Understanding of learner management systems or online learning platforms
- Experience supporting governance, compliance or assessment processes
