Our commitment

CICM commits to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of those working in collections and credit management, in particular CICM learners and mentees.

CICM understands the crucial role of managers, teachers and mentors in shaping lives and their unique opportunity to inspire.

Support

CICM supports CICM members including tutors, mentors, learners and mentees by having trained safeguarding officers who can be reached through a dedicated email address – [email protected] for advice and support on safeguarding matters.
