Special Education Requirement or Reasonable Adjustment

If you require a special education requirement or reasonable adjustment due to a permanent or long-term disability, learning difficulties or a temporary disability, illness or indisposition, during your qualification or apprenticeship journey, CICM may be able to offer you reasonable adjustments for your assessments tailored to your specific requirement. The policy document also includes details of professional bodies that may be able to assist you with a report, if required.

CICM would need to receive a copy of a report please from a doctor or professional body that confirms the condition and, if possible, that recommends which specific reasonable adjustment we should put in place for you. If a report is not available, CICM would need something either from a previous college/school/university that confirmed what reasonable adjustments were put in place for you for previous examinations.
