My name is Kabir Gulabkhan and I am Chair of the London branch. Please click here for a short biography.

Our branch covers the entire London area and we normally get together approximately 6 times a year plus our annual AGM. Our meetings and social events are not only a great place to meet other credit professionals and develop a useful support network, but they have resulted in long lasting friendships.

Branch endeavours to offer a mix of informative and social events. Principal aim of the meetings is educational, covering a broad range of interesting and entertaining subject matter. If we can do so while enjoying a more relaxed social get-together as well, better still! We invite guest speakers from within a broad range of credit-related spheres and are happy to hear suggestions from members for events. Social events are varied and include a cheese and wine tasting evening and visiting a local Italian restaurant. You will find all our events listed on this branch page. You shall also receive emails from The Water Mill regarding upcoming events. Many branch events carry CPD hours that you can add to your personal development plan.

We try to make sure there’s something on offer for all ages and particularly welcome young credit professionals just starting out in their career. We feel that if you miss the meetings you are losing one of the big advantages of being a member of the Institute.

I would also like to thank the committee for all their hard work, in their own time, in making the events and the branch a great place for our members.
