At CICM, there are no restrictions on when you can take your CICM online exams though your tutor may recommend specific assessment dates – you can select any time in the year, 24 hours/7 days a week.

How Do I Book my CICM Online Exam?

If you need to book an exam in:

  • Credit Management (Trade, Export & Consumer) 7AO
  • Consumer Collections 7CDC
  • Taking Control of Goods 6TCG
  • Export Credit Management 7AE
  • Consumer Credit Management 7AC
  • Trade Credit Management 7AT
  • Business Law 7CO
  • Business Environment 7DO

Then you can take them Online at any time. 

 

Get your login details

You need to be registered with CICM and your membership number is your CICM ID. You will need to use your CICM Membership Number in order to log into Pearson Vue.

Take a practice exam

Take a practice exam, otherwise known as "CICM Knowledge Test Questions". These are available for purchase and can give learners an idea of what to expect before booking the exam.

Booking an exam that is pre-paid

If this has already been pre-paid for you or you are an apprentice, please request a Voucher code from CICM, before you book.

Who to contact if you have an issue with booking your exam

Online exams are held externally. If you have an issue with making your booking, you should contact Pearson Vue.

 

What if I fail my exam?

If you do not achieve a pass grade in your exam, you can re-book your exam within a few days. However, you cannot re-sit sooner than 30 days from the date of your previous attempt.

 

How to collect your exam results

If you have taken your exam at home, log back into Pearson Vue to retrieve your result within 30 minutes of taking your exam.

If you have taken your exam at a test centre, collect results at the exam centre admin desk or log back into your Pearson Vue account to retrieve these.
