Neuroinclusion at work by CIPD

During National Inclusion Week, we're sharing an external resource that highlights Neurodiversity

What is Neurodiversity?

Neurodiversity refers to the differences in the way that we think, interact and experience the world around us. Essentially, it highlights the differences in the way that our brains work.

Why is Neurodiversity important?

Every brain is different. We learn differently, think differently and process information differently. According to CIPD:

It’s estimated that as many as one in five people may be neurodivergent in some way. However only 37% of neurodivergent employees feel their organisation provides meaningful support to neurodivergent individuals.

Find out more about Neurodiversity:

We've attached an external resource to CIPD's for you to visit, which has a comprehensive and elaborate resource where you can find out more about Neurodiversty including key principles of a Neurodivergent organisation, how it improves stakeholder relationships, recruitment and much more.
