The Hays UK Credit Control team, based in New Malden are Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICMQ) accredited, recognising their high standards and practice.
During this engaging webinar the team at New Malden will talk us through the journey they have been on throughout the CICMQ accreditation process. We will also be joined by Karen Tuffs, FCICM (grad), CICM Head of Accreditation who oversaw the CICMQ assessment process.
Mark Clowes and Pavlina Mitchell, Credit Managers from Hays will then take us through how the team won the 2024 CICM Innovation in Credit Award.
