Join like minded credit professionals at EIS in Sheffield for a Credit Circuit Training session.

Navigating the court processes with Carl Jones of MD Law – looking at the pre-action protocols for debt claims and how they may differ for corporate and individual debtors, tips and pitfalls to avoid in the small claims court, and also how to prepare a statutory demand and winding up or bankruptcy petition.

Financial analysis with Darren Myers of PwC LLP – looking at the early warning signs of a company becoming distressed and what you should be looking for. We’ll examine the accounts of some companies that ultimately entered into a formal insolvency procedure.
