Martyn joined Esker in 2022 as a Credit Management Specialist, bringing over 30 years of experience to help optimise order-to-cash processes. Prior to Esker, he was a respected credit management consultant, speaker, and facilitator at industry events. Martyn’s career includes roles as an operational credit manager for multinationals, delivering ERP implementations, and managing mergers. He resides in Hemel Hempstead, enjoys golf, and is an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter. His expertise makes him a valued resource in credit management.
Mary Delahunty MCICM (Grad), Qualification & Apprenticeship Delivery Manager, Chartered Institute of Credit Management
Mary is a qualified teacher, trainer, and graduate member of CICM with over 20 years’ credit management experience. Her credit career includes holding senior management positions for multinational businesses. As CICM Qualifications and Apprenticeship Delivery Manager, Mary leads the teaching provision for CICM Credit Academy, delivering on virtual classroom sessions and face to face courses for CICM qualifications.

The link will also be sent again as a reminder two days, and 2 hours, before the webinar. This event will be run as a Zoom meeting with two way video and audio. The session will be recorded.
