NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that an Annual General Meeting of the West Midlands Branch of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management will be held on Wednesday, 6th February 2019 at 6.15pm at Primitivo Bar, 10 Barwick Street Birmingham B3 2NT for the ordinary business set out below.

a) If any member has any business under item 6, it should be notified in writing to the secretary in advance of the AGM. There can be no discussion of business from the body of the meeting unless there has been prior notification. See branch rules section 7B.
b) Only Fellows, Members and Associates may participate in the election of the Branch Chairman and Branch Vice Chairman. Any person involved in the governance of the ACP in any way shall not be permitted to serve on the CICM Council or on any of its national or branch committees.
It is true, when you go to an AGM there is a chance you could get an appointment to the committee, we always encourage everyone to get involved but this is completely optional. We need you to come along and give us your opinion. The Branch is founded on democratic principles so every member has a say regardless of your grade of membership, although only full Members are permitted to vote. As an Associate, Student or Affiliate, you will have your chance to either get involved or have your voice heard by coming along to the meeting.
