NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the an Annual General Meeting of the West Midlands Branch of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management will be held at 18:15 on 5 February 2020 at Primitivo Bar & Eatery, 10-12 Barwick Street, Birmingham B3 2NT for the ordinary business set out below.

Note:
a) If any member has any business item under 6, it should be notified in writing to the secretary in advance of the AGM. There can be no discussion of business from the body of the meeting unless there has been prior notification. See branch rules section 7B.

b) Only Fellows, Members and Associates may participate in the election of the Branch Chair and Branch Vice Chair. Any person involved in the governance of the ACP in any way shall not be permitted to serve on the CICM Council or on any of its national or branch committees.
