Sheffield and District Branch | Need to go Legal? – How to Get it Right | Annual General Meeting

31 January @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Sheffield and District Event - Need to go legal

A fantastic opportunity for all credit professionals to learn from Carl Jones of MD Law, who will guide us on how to get things right when it has seemingly all gone wrong and we need to go legal with a debt matter. Want to know how to avoid the common mistakes with online money claims? How about pleading interest properly?  What about the pre-action protocol? We’ll learn about enforcement and common misconceptions and some lesser used enforcement options. Carl will also look at other items in the credit managers toolbox – director guarantees and retention of title.

What better place to hold our AGM than around the antique board room table within the Conference Room in Sheffield Town Hall. Ascend the grand staircase to go deep within the historic building to reach the Conference Room, which overlooks the Peace Gardens in Sheffield City Centre.

Join us at 6.00pm at Sheffield Town Hall for refreshments prior to the main presentation, which will be followed by the AGM.
