At CICM, there are no restrictions on when you can take your CICM online exams though your tutor may recommend specific assessment dates – you can select any time in the year, 24 hours/7 days a week.

Get your login details

You need to be registered with CICM and request a candidate number in order to log into Pearson Vue.

Who to contact if you have an issue with booking your exam

Online exams are held externally. If you have an issue with making your booking, you should contact Pearson Vue.

What if I fail my exam?

If you do not achieve a pass grade in your exam, you can re-book your exam within a few days. However, you cannot re-sit sooner than 30 days from the date of your previous attempt.

How to collect your exam results

If you have taken your exam at home, log back into Pearson Vue to retrieve your result within 30 minutes of taking your exam.

If you have taken your exam at a test centre, collect results at the exam centre admin desk or log back into your Pearson Vue account to retrieve these.

Effective as of March 7, 2022, Pearson VUE are suspending delivery of all Pearson VUE testing services throughout Russia and Belarus. Additionally, due to sanctions, Pearson VUE continue to be unable to deliver services in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in Ukraine. This includes both in-person exams at test centres and online testing via OnVUE.

Pearson VUE is undergoing system maintenance from Friday, January 31, 2025, at 7pm until Sunday, February 02, 2025, at 8pm.

Unfortunately, this means they cannot keep exam appointments previously scheduled which fall during this maintenance period.

Instead of cancelling the appointment, Pearson Vue are sending out emails to say they have rescheduled the appointment to a future date at a placeholder test centre. This will allow you time to reschedule to your preferred date/time and location. No rescheduling fees will be charged.

Prior to the “new date of your appointment” please reschedule your exam appointment to the date and location you prefer, as the test centre they moved you to is a temporary placeholder.
