Our workshops are built around one goal: skills you can use the moment you're back at your desk. Here's what credit and finance professionals say after training with CICM.

Through the workshop on the Best Practice Approach to Collections, I've gained valuable insights into optimising collections strategies, improving customer communications, and leveraging automation to enhance cash flow. I will be able to apply these learnings to my day-to-day role.

CTO, Chaser

This year, I had the privilege of deepening my knowledge in credit management by completing several training sessions with CICM. These courses were eye-opening, providing actionable strategies to optimise credit control processes.

Sonia Dorais

CEO, Chaser

Thank you for a lively and useful course. Loved the way you elaborated on points given and some really inspiring tips — how powerful it can be to show proactively you are on the same side as Sales. Also some things I will now go and find out more about. This was also good for me because I considered this my main area and it is nice to get a refresher and a new verve for teaching it. I wanted to let you know I thought 10/10.

A big thank you for the training. I thought it was great. As well as being really informative, the activities and interactive parts were great and really got everyone thinking.
