This page will give you a look at the cost of CICM study packages and costs per unit. Please note that you will need several units for a CICM Qualification in order to achieve a certificate or a diploma in Credit Management and Collections.

Learning Support Service Package

Giving you access to one of our experienced CICM credit coaches, this package includes the chance to gain feedback and ask questions as you work through your study textbook at home. You need flexibility when and how you study and are self-motivated but like to have some feedback and interaction from a coach.

Virtual Classes Package

Our ‘gold standard’ distance learning package, our Virtual Classes have the greatest success rate of all our packages. Your home study will be supported and led by one of our experienced CICM Tutors via a series of virtual classes and activities, which are interactive, challenging and fun. You want to be able to study from home or work, would benefit from a scheduled plan of learning led by an expert tutor with active discussion, interaction and continuous support from your learning peers and tutor.  This is the option that gives the best of both worlds: distance learning and face to face.

 

Level 2 Virtual Classes 

A level 2 certificate requires completion of two units from the Level 2 Virtual Classes and a level 2 Diploma requires completion of four units from the Level 2 Virtual Classes Page

 

Level 3 Virtual Classes Costs

A level 3 certificate requires completion of two units from the Level 3 Virtual Classes and a level 3 Diploma requires completion of four units from the Level 3 Virtual Classes Page

 

Level 5 Virtual Classes Costs

Learners will have completed the CICM Level 3 Diploma in Credit & Collections and/or are holders of the CICM Associate Membership grade (ACICM). Completion of any four units on the CICM Virtual Classes Level 5.

By choosing this package, you will have access to the resources and information you need to self-study for your exam/s, via one of our CICM published textbooks. You need a flexible approach to studying, are strongly self-motivated and enjoy studying and working on your own.

Frequently asked questions

Study Methods and Qualifications FAQ’s

The recommended study time for each unit is approximately 3-6 months (46-101 hours dependant on subject)
There is no specific deadline for the completion of the Level 2 Certificate or Diploma, you may study at your own pace and take your exam or submit your assignment when you are ready to do so.
Dependent on your method of study, start dates can be flexible. You can start studying independently or via our Learning Support Service at any chosen time. If you plan to attend Virtual Classes, please check the website for upcoming class start dates.
Depending on your chosen method of study, you can start out on any unit, however, we would recommend starting with Credit Management which provides a good foundation.
Payment is accepted for one module at a time, as you progress through the course. Full payment of each invoice is required ahead of starting your unit. You may request an invoice via the enrolment form or make a card payment over the phone.
Invoices are raised per module - we do not invoice for the entire cost of the course. Please contact info@cicm.com
Yes, you may change your method of study between each unit, to suit your preferences.
We do offer exemptions for certain units - to check if you qualify, please write to exemptions@cicm.com
We would recommend you joining the institute throughout your studies, to gain access to exclusive online material, support and your Knowledge Hub. A valid membership number is required to book your final assessment.  
Fees are charged on an annual basis and can be paid in full, upfront or monthly by Direct Debit. Visit the CICM Membership types page
