Featuring SOUTH YORKSHIRE POLICE and FRAUD PREVENTION NETWORK
South Yorkshire Police will run an interactive session updating us on the latest cyber-crime and fraud trends, look at a case study and discuss what you can do to protect both you and your business. Just how safe is your information?
Darren Hodder of Fraud Prevention Network will examine fraud trends in O2C. In this session we will explore current fraud risk issues and trends, providing an opportunity for all of us to share experiences, and then examine prevention strategies and tools to spot red flags.
What better place to Focus on Fraud than at the National Emergency Services Museum, housed in the historic former combined Police, Fire and Ambulance Station on West Bar in Sheffield City Centre.
Join us at 6.00pm for a “Made in Sheffield” buffet supper prior to the Feature Presentation, with time afterwards to wander the galleries and (if you dare) the old Victorian Police Cells.
Venue
National Emergency Services Museum, Old Police/Fire Station, West Bar, Sheffield, S3 8PT.
Museum does not have its own car park but there is plenty of on/off street parking close by.
Nearest tram stops are Cathedral and Shalesmoor. Museum is mostly accessible for wheelchair users but for attendees with mobility issues, there is a cobbled courtyard and main staircase is uneven and worn.
