Level 2 Credit Controller / Collector
Overview
This specialist apprenticeship is the new Standard for credit controllers and collectors. Developed as part of the Trailblazer Apprenticeship initiative by senior credit managers and collections specialists, with the support of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), the Apprenticeship Standard is based on current job descriptions and covers essential knowledge skills and behaviours.
This programme aims to develop the knowledge and skills required to be a qualified Credit Controller/Collector. At the end of the course, apprentices have the opportunity to achieve highly respected professional qualifications in addition to the Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Framework
To achieve the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Credit Control and Collections you must undertake the following:
- Business Communications & Personal Skills
- Credit Control/Collections
End-point Assessment
- An assignment in each of the courses undertaken (Credit Control/Collections and Business Communications & Personal skills)
- Professional Discussion

Level 3 Senior Credit Controller / Debt Collection Specialist
Overview
This is the new Trailblazer Apprenticeship Standard for advanced credit controllers and debt collection specialists, developed by senior credit managers and collections specialists, with the support of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), the Apprenticeship Standard is based on current job descriptions and covers essential knowledge, skills and behaviours.

All new apprentices who chose CICM qualifications as part of their learning journey will start on the new CICM Level 3 Diploma in Credit and Collections. You can specialise in one of the following areas:
• Credit Risk Management
• Advanced Collections
• Debt Recovery
• Advanced Enforcement
Complete an End Assessment

- Professional Discussion

Kaplan have national reach and can deliver the apprenticeships across the whole of England and have no minimum number requirements.
