The North East Branch invite you to join Novuna Business Cash Flow for a practical session exploring the key factors that influence cash flow.
The CICM North East Branch invites you to join Novuna Business Cash Flow for a practical session on one of the most persistent challenges in business: keeping cash moving.
Cash flow pressure rarely arrives all at once. It builds through late payment, extended terms, rising costs and customers whose circumstances are shifting quietly in the background, and by the time it shows on the balance sheet, the options have usually narrowed.
This session explores the key factors that influence cash flow and the practical actions businesses can take in response: spotting the early warning signs, strengthening collections, reducing risk and protecting working capital for long-term growth.
There'll be time for questions, plus the chance to share experiences with credit professionals from across the region. Open to members and non-members alike.
