Jules will cover preparing firm foundations, organisation, prioritisation, the use of Pareto, assessing your customer, pre checking history, boosting collection techniques, harnessing natural qualities such as empathy, and sorting out the zombies.

After looking at skills beyond the kick start, Jules will welcome questions.
