Sheffield & District Branch are delighted to invite you to join us on the small screen when Neil Jinks of Court Enforcement Services Limited will tell us everything that we need to know about enforcement in the High Court. Neil will cover the benefits, history and process of enforcement as well as how to protect brand and reputation before looking at a case study and giving us some top tips. Neil will of course make time to answer any questions on enforcement both on the evening and afterwards.

The main presentation will be followed by the Annual General Meeting of the Sheffield & District Branch, which non-members would be very welcome to stay online for.

Neil Jinks is Head of Client Development & Communications at CICM Corporate Partner, Court Enforcement Services Ltd, the largest, by volume, High Court Enforcement company. He is a Fellow of CICM, a member of CICM’s Advisory Council and Immediate Past President of his local IRRV Association. Neil has worked in debt recovery operations for several leading legal businesses as well as the Court Service in a career spanning over 33 years. He has been involved in High Court enforcement throughout his career. Neil has experience across all sectors and has been recommended for Debt Recovery in The Legal 500 across several regions of the UK including Yorkshire, the West Midlands and London.
