How will you develop your teams in 2025?

Psst! We're testing AI Narration on this blog. This is still experimental AI-Voice technology, but we're hoping to utilise it to improve accessibility for our Credit Community. Play the clip above and test it for yourself.

2024 is entering its final few months and we can’t quite believe how quickly everything has come and gone.

Unlike last year with CICM Wrapped, we’re not going to look back on what we’ve achieved, but instead we’re going to look into what you can achieve next year.

Upskill your team

At the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, we have seen a growing trend in Credit and Debt Collection professionals taking on training courses for themselves or their organisation.

2024 was the year of training and development and we’re gearing up for another year of it in 2025.

The most popular courses included: Dynamic Debt Collections, Best Practice Skills to Assess Credit Risk and Legal Recoveries.

We’re going to be running these sessions again in 2025, so don’t forget to book your place before they fill up - which you can do now, here.

Level up in the new year

Professional Letters (FCICM, MCICM and ACICM) represent the professional membership grades of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management. They display your knowledge, skills and capabilities under their associated grades within the CICM Professional Standards.

So, why upgrade those letters?

Upgrading your professional letters signifies the growth and development of your knowledge, skills and experience – displaying how much of an asset you are to your organisation and future employers.

So, if you want the backing of your knowledge, skills and experience, along with an array of benefits to keep you ahead in 2025, the professional body for the Credit Management and Debt Collections industry has a place for you in the new year. Submit your application today.

Achieving a Qualification

If 2025 is your year to enhance your professional profile in the industry, then a globally recognised qualification is certainly going to help.

With a variety of study methods available to learners, the routes you can take to achieve a CICM Qualification is flexible and ready to start taking enrolments.
