Credit Control Qualifications
An apprenticeship in Credit Control opens the door to a couple of globally recognised Qualifications:
Level 2 Certificate or Diploma in Credit and Collections.
Level 3 Diploma in Credit and Collections.
Developed by CICM with support from senior credit managers and collections specialists, the Level 2 and Level 3 specialist Apprenticeship Standards are the pathways to becoming professional credit controllers and collectors. Based on real job roles, they cover key knowledge, skills and behaviours. This Trailblazer Apprenticeship initiative ensures the standards meets the needs of the industry.

What are the limitations of an Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeships aren’t just for new employees and have no age limit. The UK Government website outlines the requirements of Apprenticeships.
